2017 SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
We are always looking for sponsors for many of our classes and events. Listed below are some of the packages available for 2017. If you can’t find anything that fits your needs or expenditure, please contact me at [email protected] and I will try to help.

You can sponsor this Series annually.
The package will include the following:
> The series re-named with the name of your choice.
> Advertising within the printed and on-line schedules throughout the year and colour advertising within the printed and on-line Championship Schedules.
> Championship Rosettes and Sashes printed with your name or company name.
> You may put as many advertising banners around the ring at the Championships as you wish.
> You or your representatives will have full use of the sponsors/judges suite situated above the Secretary’s Office.
> Lunch in the Pavilion Restaurant for two people, on Saturday of the Championship Show.

OPEN IN-HAND SERIES
You can sponsor this Series annually.
The package will include the following:

You can sponsor this Series annually.

> You may put as many advertising banners around the ring at the Championships as you wish.

‘STAR FOR THE FUTURE’ SERIES
You can sponsor this Series annually.
The package will include the following:
> Your name and advert on all the ‘Star for the Future’ record cards given out throughout the year.
> Advertising within the printed and on-line schedules throughout the year and colour advertising within the printed and on-line Championship Schedules. Advertising banners can be put up around the ring as appropriate.
> Championship Rosettes and Sashes printed with your name or company name.
> You may put as many advertising banners around the ring at the Championships as you wish.
> You or your representatives will have full use of the sponsors/judges suite situated above the Secretary’s Office.
> Lunch in the Pavilion Restaurant for two people, on Saturday of the Championship Show.

CHAMPIONSHIP EXHIBITOR NUMBERS
You can sponsor the Exhibitor Numbers
The Package will include the following:
> Your name or company name will be printed below all Exhibitor Numbers.
> Your name or your company name will be listed within the printed and on-line schedules.
Package Cost = £100.00

CHAMPIONSHIP RING
You can sponsor any ring of your choice for the duration of the Championships.
The package will include the following:
> The ring will be re-named with the name of your choice and you may put as many advertising banners around the ring as you wish.
> Colour advertising within the printed and on-line schedules with links to your company if you wish.
> You or your representatives will have full use of the sponsors/judges suite situated above the Secretary’s Office.
> Lunch in the Pavilion Restaurant for two people, for the duration of the show.
Package Cost = £300.00

WALES & WEST FESTIVAL ON FRIDAY
You can sponsor this section of classes on the Friday of the Championships.
The package will include the following:
> All Sashes and Rosettes will carry the name of your choice.
> Colour advertising within the printed and on-line schedules with links to your company if you wish.
> You or your representatives will have full use of the sponsors/judges suite situated above the Secretary’s Office.
> Lunch in the Pavilion Restaurant for two people, on Friday of the show.
Package Cost = £250.00

SHOW WITHIN A SHOW SERIES OF CLASSES ON SATURDAY & SUNDAY
You can sponsor this section of classes which take place on Saturday & Sunday of the Championships.
> The package will include the following:
> All Sashes and Rosettes will carry the name of your choice.
> Colour advertising within the printed and on-line schedules with links to your company if you wish.
> You or your representatives will have full use of the sponsors/judges suite situated above the Secretary’s Office.
> Lunch in the Pavilion Restaurant for two people on Saturday & Sunday of the show.
Package Cost = £350.00

CHAMPIONSHIP CLASS
You can sponsor a Championship Class or group of classes
The package will include the following:
> All Rosettes will carry the name of your choice.
> Your name or your company name will be listed within the printed and on-line schedules.
Cost of Sponsoring one class = £30.00
Cost of Sponsoring a group of classes = £25.00 per class (therefore a group of four classes = £100.00)

EVENING PERFORMANCE CLASS
You can sponsor one of the Evening Performance classes such as Concours d’Elegance, Fancy Dress, Ridden Pairs or even Wheel barrow Racing.
> All Rosettes will carry the name of your choice.
> Your name or your company name will be listed within the printed and on-line schedules.
Cost of Sponsoring one Evening Performance class = £50.00

STABLE NUMBERS
You can sponsor the Stable Numbers
The Package will include the following:
> Your name or company name will be printed on all Stable Numbers which will give good exposure of your company for the duration of the show.
> Your name or your company name will be listed within the printed and on-line schedules.
Package Cost = £100.00

MEMBERS ONLY RING
You can sponsor this series of classes
The Package will include the following:
> All Sashes and Rosettes will carry the name of your choice.
> Colour advertising within the printed and on-line schedules with links to your company if you wish.
> You or your representatives will have full use of the sponsors/judges suite situated above the Secretary’s
Office.
> Lunch in the Pavilion Restaurant for two people, on Friday of the show.

You can sponsor this series of classes
