‘Star for the Future’
This competition is designed to promote and encourage new combinations of rider and equine, and has been a very popular competition for many years.
The competition is open to Novice Ridden Combinations Only
(Pony/Horse Rider Combinations not to have been placed first in the ridden category entered, before 1st October in the previous year)

The three highest placed Pony/Horse Rider Combinations, indicated by the rider wearing a white armband in the classes highlighted with ‘#’ at any SWPA Shows will qualify for the finals to be held at the SWPA Championship’s. Qualification Cards to be signed in the ring by the Judge/Steward.
Qualification Cards should be obtained in advance from the secretary
The Finals take place on Saturday within the SWPA Championship Show with the final placings being awarded within the
Saturday ‘Evening Performance’
